Program Consultant – Sales

The Program Consultant ensures the achievement of organization sales targets through direct product engagement. The successful candidate also covers all aspects of sales, including strategic and product presentation, contract management and sales support.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:

  • Outstanding English Communication Skills
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience is preferred
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and high level of motivation
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google apps
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study
  • Willing to work on Saturdays
  • Willing to work in Makati and Ortigas
  • Can work from home on some days if necessary
  • Available to start immediately

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Take initiatives in customer retention and satisfaction by fulfilling the needs of existing customers and addressing their complaints
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and maximize sales development
  • Conduct prospect end-user sales interviews and present the appropriate Berlitz solution
  • Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow up information as needed
  • Develop solid working relationships and collaborate with other Berlitz business units to facilitate better delivery and sales opportunities
  • Complete sales reports to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end-user interviews, sales, companies and contacts
