We also need part-time Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and English instructors and assessors for our Manila language centers. HIGH LEVEL (native or near-native) fluency of the language is required. Part-Time Project-Based Positions



Native fluency in the following languages: German, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin

High level of English language fluency
Teaching experience is not required but a great advantage.  Applicants should have passion for teaching.
Willing to undergo the 7-day Instructor Qualification Program 
Willing to start as soon as possible


Handle small or large groups of classes and assessments for clients of Berlitz Philippines
Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles and focused on the interests and needs of the students, working with private students and groups of differing sizes at the Language Center and at off-site locations
Integrate learning technology into teaching programs as required by the curriculum or requested by the student
Keep student records and profile cards up to date as required or requested
Fulfill ongoing responsibilities to customers as required by the Berlitz Learning Cycle




We are looking for competent Project Managers to manage key client projects. The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee all aspects of projects, and work directly with clients, project members and other units to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The Project Manager will be the go-to person for everything involving the project’s organization and timeline.


Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Willing to work on a Saturday


Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals


Program Consultant (Sales)


The Corporate Sales representative is responsible for acquiring business from new corporate clients as well as retaining business with current corporate clients. The ideal candidate representsBerlitz Philippines in a responsive manner, with integrity, to both our internal and external customers.


Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Sales experience helpful

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Positive attitude and high level of motivation


Achieve monthly sales goals
Maximize outside sales development through proactive activities
Maximize inside sales through leads generated from within the language center
Conduct corporate appointments to central corporate contacts
Conduct corporate prospect end user sales interviews and present the appropriate Berlitz solution
Present various Berlitz training solutions to central contactsas well as corporate end user prospects
Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow up information as needed
Complete sales reports to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end user interviews, sales, companies and contacts




The Instruction Support Staff acts as a support for the Instruction Team managers and supervisors. S/he is in charge of the initial checking of Learning Cycle reports and training reports, making sure that they are recorded accurately and stored safely. The ISS also coordinates with Berlitz instructors, assessors and the project teams with respect to reports creation and submission.

The Customer Care Officer (CCO) assures maximum satisfaction of the company’s internal and external customers by managing their expectations in order to achieve the objective of creating retained, loyal customers. The CCO directs the day-to-day operations of the Language Center and performs administrative functions. Other key responsibilities include supporting retention and acquisition sales functions and tracking marketing activities.


Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
Above average written and verbal communication skills
Experience as a customer service staff or similar roleKnowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent time management and strong organizational skills 
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Supports and tracks local marketing activities and promotional events
Conducts sales activities through enrollment
Forms and manages groups
Follows up on unconverted inquiries and inactive customers

Ensures optimal Language Center appearance
Encourages customer re-enrollments

Schedules lessons for customers and instructors
Schedules and conducts student consultations and counseling
Enters and manages customer information in LCMS
Prepares invoices, collects customer payments and handles other accounting activities

Prepares payroll
Prepares reports and required documents
Maintains correspondence with customers




We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant who will provide administration services support to various business functions. 



Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study 
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Above average written and verbal commuication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Excellent time management and strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Willing to work on a Saturday


Assist in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities
Be responsible for the physical inventory, maintenance and outsourcing of the Center’s office supplies and equipment

Provide custodianship of teaching and student materials of the Berlitz Language Center
