YOUR PROFILE:

  • Native (or near-native) fluency in the German Language
  • Have thorough knowledge of your language and country
  • University degree and, ideally, teaching experience
  • Possess strong intercultural and pedagogical skills
  • Are lively, flexible and highly communicative
  • Deliver the highest standard of customer service
  • Willing to undergo the 7-day Instructor Qualification Program
  • Willing to start as soon as possible

YOUR TASKS:

  • Handle small or large groups of classes for clients of Berlitz Manila
  • Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles and focused on the interests and needs of the students, working with groups online or face-to-face
  • Integrate learning technology into teaching programs
  • Keep student records and profile cards up to date
  • Fulfill ongoing responsibilities to customers as required by the Berlitz Learning Cycle
  • Create a positive classroom atmosphere
  • Help customers achieve their goals
  • Support Quality Management at all levels of instruction
